In the event that you are not pleased with an item, because arrived unsatisfactory or damaged you can return it within 30 days after its delivery day and we will exchange it for you. Artisan Store wants you to be 100% satisfied on all your purchases. If your order has been processed incorrectly we will proceed to exchange the mistaken item by sending the right one a no additional expenses on your behalf as soon as we have got the defective one back.
Items must be returned within 30 days. Our actual freight costs will be deducted from your credit. Custom made items are non-returnable under all circumstances.
To cancel orders please e-mail us at contactus@artisanstore.com within 48 hours from the online purchase date. After this period of time some charges might apply.

Our products will be shipped directly from the country of origin in about 6 to 8 weeks to our customers. Special orders which demand specific designs must be prearranged for time of delivery. At Artisan Store, our prices do not include taxes or other government fees at final destination. Sales made by California Buyers are subject to an Taxes 9.75% Sales Tax. Businesses might be exempt of this fee, if they have a reseller ID number.
